Caroline, Director

Poolbridge Accountancy is owned and run by Caroline Mobley MBA FMAAT who has nearly 30 years’ worth of experience working in practice and industry. Caroline ran a practice near Cheddar for many years before moving into industry and heading the finance division for a group of international companies. She launched Poolbridge Accountancy in 2014. Her team has a wealth of knowledge and experience, offering a wide range of accountancy services to businesses and individuals.

Whatever your objectives, we are committed to supporting you and helping you to be successful. Our number one priority is to provide great service and quality advice that your organisation will recognise and benefit from.

Sam, Finance Manager

Sam has been with Poolbridge Accountancy from the launch of the practice, starting as an Apprentice and completing AAT levels 2 & 3.
She has gone on to gain qualifications and knowledge in a variety of accounting software, becoming a Quickbooks Pro Advisor and completing various VAT courses.
Sam now manages the Finance Department, a group of clients with specific business requirements and the Payroll.

Jade, Senior Accountant

Jade has been working in accounts for 8 years, starting in industry. After a taste of working in practice, Jade recognised practice was more varied and better suited to her. Jade completed her AAT level 4 in 2017 and is currently studying ATT. Here at Poolbridge Accountancy Jade prepares Statutory Accounts, Self-Assessment Tax Returns, VAT Returns and Management Accounts.
Jade thrives on the variation of her role and getting to know each individual client and their requirements. She is enjoying learning her taxation qualification and learning different ways that clients can save tax.

Chloe, Senior Accountant

Chloe joined Poolbridge Accountancy on an apprenticeship scheme in 2019. She has since completed her first Apprenticeship and gained her AAT Level 4 Qualification. Chloe is now continuing with her studies with ACCA working towards becoming chartered. Chloe completes VAT returns, assists with the Preparation of Accounts/ Self-Assessments, and works with the Compliance Team to oversee work.
Chloe’s enthusiasm positively tackles any challenges that come with the role. Her friendly and supportive manner ensure she builds a fantastic rapport with our clients.

Emili, Finance administrator

Emili joined the finance department in 2021. Having come from a background of Administration, Data Analytical and Marketing roles. She studied for her AAT Intermediate level previously and then took her career in a different direction. Now Emili is back in accounts and taking the reins with the social media side of things.
Emili is very process driven, which suits the role perfectly. She works nearly completely remotely, but that hasn’t stopped her becoming a valued member of the Poolbridge Accountancy team.

Darren, Payroll Administrator

Darren joined the team in spring 2021 and is responsible for running the payroll at Poolbridge Accountancy. Darren successfully passed both Sage Payroll and HMRC training courses prior to joining. Darren utilises his technical strengths with us, supporting the business with I.T. / software queries. Darren prides himself in the work he does for our clients.

Lakiesha, Accounts Apprentice

Lakiesha recently joined Poolbridge Accountancy on a Level 3 apprenticeship. Lakiesha is responsible for the bookkeeping including monthly bank reconciliations and payroll journals. She has taken to her role with real professionalism and is already a real asset to the team. She is already putting her newly learnt skills to the test by internally training our new bookkeeper.
